This State of the Judiciary address by Ohio Chief Justice Moyer discusses pro se litigants in Ohio. Specific examples of judges experiences with pro se litigants is provided. Justice Moyer also states that the courts will be taking action on the 54 recommendations from the Task Force on Pro Se and Indigent Litigants and the Council of Delegates of the Ohio State Bar Association.
