Probate court pilot expands to Norfolk

This September 24, 2007 article describes a pilot that offers limited legal representation for indigent litigants in probate court. Volunteer lawyers are providing the free assistance. This Limited Assistance Representation (LAR) project is already operating in 2 other counties (Suffolk and Hamptdon) and is now offered in Norfolk county.
