The Northwest Justice Project is pleased to announce the availability of a new way to prepare court forms for pro se users seeking to file a divorce petition with no minor children of the marriage. The launch of this online interview is the first of several to come later this year, including interviews for finishing your divorce, domestic violence protection order and demand letter for return of a rental security deposit. Users will need a computer equipped with the free Adobe Flash Player plug-in and Microsoft Word.

The interview can be found on the Washington LawHelp web site under the Family Law topic area; Dissolution of marriage subtopic or at this link: http://www.washingtonlawhelp.org/link.cfm?2371

The divorce program is a culmination of work since November 2007 funded by a grant from the Legal Services Corporation (LSC) and in part by the Administrative Office of the Courts (AOC).
