Supporting courts, community and legal aid self help practitioners Receives Award

Wednesday, January 28, 2004

INTRESYS, developers of the TurboCourt suite of Internet-based applications for self-represented litigants, is proud to announce its recent honor by the AOC, State of California. EZ Legal File, developed in cooperation with the San Mateo Superior Court, is the California implementation of the TurboCourt suite. In 2003, upon seeing the success of EZ Legal File to both the courts and their constituents, the California AOC recommended that the entire suite of interactive web-based applications be rolled out statewide, and has been making efforts to fund this endeavor. Now, the San Mateo Superior Court was awarded the Ralph N. Kleps Award for the EZ Legal File program. The Kleps Award is given annually to courts that create innovative and useful court programs. These acknowledgements follow a pattern that developed over the last two years -- as more and more courts learn about and try the TurboCourt applications, it becomes clear to them that these tools are invaluable and unsurpassed in addressing the needs of self-represented litigants and courts' efficiency in a challenging budgetary climate -- they represent the very best of what technology can do for the courts and those they serve. The TurboCourt suite includes applications for Family Law, Small Claims, Evictions, and our newest edition, Guardianships. The courts are also very excited about our upcoming Domestic Violence application. We invite you to experience EZ Legal File for yourself at You can learn more about INTRESYS and the TurboCourt suite at or
