Superior Court Wins Cleps Award

The Superior Courts of California, for the counties of Tehama, Glenn and Butte, have been selected as recipients of the judicial branch Ralph N. Kleps Award for 2005. They were selected due to the success of the SHARP or Self-Help Assistance and Referral Program. This program is a joint regional venture of the three courts and was developed in response to the needs of the growing number of litigants who represent themselves in court matters.
