Article discusses Wisconsin's Chief Justice Abramson's annual "State of the Judiciary" address which took place last week. Abrahamson said "the increasing number of self-represented litigants is creating new challenges for the administration of justice." She noted, "as early as 2002 that in about 60 percent of family court filings in Dane County, both sides were self-represented."
